Today I am curled up to my desk with my favourite Sugared Raspberry candle burning, alongside one of housemates - who happens to be an utter health guru.

This morning she whipped a delicious 'study fuel' smoothie that I thought would be good to share with you. It's so refreshing and sweet, but packed with nutrients. Perfect as fuel for a few hours studying!

Study Fuel Smoothie
1 Banana
1 handful of blueberries
1 handful of raspberries
1 handful of cranberries
1 handful of blackberries
1 tablespoon of honey
1/2  pint of almond milk

She buys frozen fruit from Asda and just throws it in a blender. So much cheaper than buying fresh fruit and it lasts so much longer! She also uses almond milk as a healthier alternative to cow's milk.
